The Purchasing Division shall review the procurement\n\nspecifications currently used by the Office of Management and\n\nEnterprise Services in order to eliminate, wherever economically\n\nfeasible, discrimination against the procurement of recycled paper\n\nand other products manufactured with recycled materials.\n\nB. The Division shall establish purchasing practices which, to\n\nthe maximum extent economically feasible, assure purchase of\n\nrecycled paper products.\n\nC. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall review and incorporate, where appropriate, guidelines\n\npublished in the Federal Register.\n\nD.
