Each state public entity whether or not subject to the\n\nCentral Purchasing Act shall:\n\n1. Be subject to the rules promulgated by the Purchasing\n\nDivision regarding the purchase of recycled products;\n\n2. Establish management practices in accordance with the\n\nprovisions of the Oklahoma State Recycling and Recycled Materials\n\nProcurement Act; and\n\n3. Report by November 1 of each year to the Director of Central\n\nServices the following:\n\na. the total amount of waste paper and other recyclable\n\nmaterials sold during the previous fiscal year,\n\nb. the amount of procured recycled paper products and\n\nother products manufactured with recycled materials,\n\nand\n\nc. the total amount of monies collected and expended to\n\nimplement the Oklahoma State Recycling and Recycled\n\nMaterials Procurement Act.\n\nB.
