The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\nmaintain a clearinghouse of information regarding products made from\n\nrecycled paper products and products manufactured with recycled\n\nmaterials for purchase by state public entities. The clearinghouse\n\nshall include information concerning the availability, price and\n\nquality of products made from recycled paper products and products\n\nmanufactured with recycled materials. The clearinghouse shall also\n\ninclude information concerning vendors and other persons willing to\n\npurchase recyclable materials from state public entities. The\n\nOffice shall develop a mechanism to make this information available\n\nto all state public entities.\n\nB. The Office may enter into agreements with purchasing agents\n\nof any other state, local governments, or the federal government\n\nunder which any of the parties may agree to participate in,\n\nadminister, sponsor or conduct purchasing transactions under a joint\n\ncontract for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment,\n\npermanent personal property, miscellaneous capital or contractual\n\nservices consistent with this act.\n\nC.
