The Risk Management Administrator pursuant to Section 85.58A\n\nof this title may obtain or provide insurance coverage for a county\n\nor counties at their request for any tort liability risks incurred\n\nas a result of providing or providing for the temporary detention of\n\nchildren in a juvenile detention facility pursuant to Sections 1-4-\n\n201 or 2-3-103 of Title 10A of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nB. The Risk Management Administrator is authorized to determine\n\neligibility criteria for participation in the Risk Management\n\nProgram for such county or counties.\n\nC. Such county or counties shall be required to make payments\n\nfor such insurance coverage as provided by Section 85.58M of this\n\ntitle.\n\nD.
