Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.58G","heading":"Risk Management Elderly and Handicapped Transportation","body":"Revolving Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Risk Management Elderly and Handicapped\n\nTransportation Revolving Fund\". The fund shall be a continuing\n\nfund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall consist of\n\nany monies transferred thereto by an act of the Legislature and any\n\nfees collected by the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nin accordance with the provisions of Section 85.58E of this title.\n\nAll monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services for the purposes of the\n\nComprehensive Professional Risk Management Program provided for in\n\nSection 85.58A of this title, including the salaries and\n\nadministrative expenses of support staff responsible for\n\nadministering said fund and expenses the Department incurs to\n\nsupport program operations.
