The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall levy\n\nand collect reasonable fees and premiums from state agencies and\n\nother entities as provided by law covered by the Comprehensive\n\nProfessional Risk Management Program for the purpose of providing\n\ninsurance coverage.\n\nB. All fees and premiums shall be promptly paid when due. Fees\n\nand premiums collected in accordance with the provisions of this\n\nsection shall be deposited in the appropriate risk management fund.\n\nC. If a state agency fails to pay the insurance fees and\n\npremiums within forty-five (45) days of due date, the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall consider the invoice\n\ndelinquent. The Office of Management and Enterprise Services shall\n\npay the invoice from monies available to the delinquent agency for\n\nthe general operations of the agency which are not specifically\n\nprohibited for such use by federal or state law.
