Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.58P","heading":"Risk Management Public Transit Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services, to be\n\ndesignated the \"Risk Management Public Transit Revolving Fund\". The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of any monies transferred thereto by\n\nan act of the Legislature and any fees collected by the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services in accordance with the provisions\n\nof Section 85.58O of this title. All monies accruing to the credit\n\nof the fund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended\n\nby the Office of Management and Enterprise Services for the purposes\n\nof the Comprehensive Professional Risk Management Program provided\n\nfor in Section 85.58A of this title, including the salaries and\n\nadministrative expenses of support staff responsible for\n\nadministering the fund and expenses the Office incurs to support\n\nprogram operations.
