Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.58R","heading":"Elective state officers - Blanket bond","body":"Each elective state officer shall, before entering office, give\n\nsurety in an amount and upon terms and conditions as may be\n\nspecified and provided by this act. Such blanket bond shall be\n\nfurnished by a company duly qualified under the insurance laws of\n\nthis state.
