Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.58S","heading":"Classification of officers and employees for coverage","body":"under bond.\n\nA. For purposes of this act, each head of a department,\n\ninstitution, agency, commission, authority or other body of state\n\ngovernment shall determine and classify the officers or employees\n\nunder his jurisdiction and control who are required to give surety\n\nto the state, having due regard for the duties and responsibilities\n\nof any such office or employment and shall require such surety in\n\nsuch amounts and upon such terms and conditions as may be specified\n\nand provided by this act.\n\nB.
