Except as otherwise provided by Section 3206.3 of Title 70\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes, the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall be the exclusive agency to negotiate and contract for\n\nthe retention of patents and copyrights on material and property\n\ndeveloped through state contracts subject to The Central Purchasing\n\nAct, unless an agency has been given specific authority to make such\n\nagreements by statute.\n\nB. Except as otherwise provided by Section 3206.3 of Title 70\n\nof the Oklahoma Statutes and Section 1365 of this title, any\n\npatented property or copyrighted material developed by contracts\n\nsubject to The Central Purchasing Act, shall be the property of the\n\nState of Oklahoma under the sole management of the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services. Such property or material may\n\nbe licensed or sold by the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices using similar procedures governing the sale of other state\n\nproperty but without declaring such property to be surplus.\n\nC. Proceeds from the sale of such property or material under\n\nthe jurisdiction of the Office of Management and Enterprise Services\n\nshall be deposited to the General Fund of the State of Oklahoma.\n\nD.
