Stat. tit. 74, § 74-85.71","heading":"Volunteer Firefighter Group Insurance Pool Revolving","body":"Fund.\n\nThere is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Office of Management and Enterprise Services (OMES) to be\n\ndesignated the “Volunteer Firefighter Group Insurance Pool Revolving\n\nFund”. The fund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal\n\nyear limitations, and shall consist of all monies received by OMES\n\nfrom appropriations provided for the purpose of administering the\n\nVolunteer Firefighter Group Insurance Pool in the event that no\n\nother funds are available. All monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nfund are hereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by\n\nOMES for the purpose provided for in this section.
