Stat. tit. 74, § 74-858","heading":"Loan applications - Contents","body":"Prior to the loaning of any funds to an industrial development\n\nagency for an industrial development project, the Authority shall\n\nreceive from such industrial development agency a loan application\n\nin the form adopted by the Authority which shall contain, without\n\nbeing limited to, the following provisions:\n\n(a) A general description of the industrial development project\n\nand a general description of the industrial or manufacturing\n\nenterprise for which the industrial development project has been or\n\nis to be established;\n\n(b) A legal description of all real estate necessary for the\n\nindustrial development project;\n\n(c) Such plans and other documents as may be required to show\n\nthe type, structure, and general character of the industrial\n\ndevelopment project;\n\n(d) A general description of the type (types and categories of\n\nskills) and number of employees employed or to be employed in the\n\noperation of the industrial development project;\n\n(e) Evidence that the Authority shall have a purchase money\n\nsecurity interest in any moveable machinery financed by the\n\nAuthority;\n\n(f) Costs or estimates of cost of establishing the industrial\n\ndevelopment project;\n\n(g) A general description and statement of value of any\n\nproperty, real or personal, of the industrial development agency\n\napplied or to be applied to the establishment of the industrial\n\nproject;\n\n(h) A statement of cash funds previously applied, or then held\n\nby the industrial development agency which are available for and are\n\nto be applied to the establishment of the industrial development\n\nproject;\n\n(i) Evidence of the arrangement made by the industrial\n\ndevelopment agency for the financing of all costs of the industrial\n\ndevelopment project over and above the participation of the\n\nindustrial development agency;\n\n(j) A general description of the responsible tenant to which the\n\nindustrial development agency has leased or will lease the\n\nindustrial development project or of the responsible buyer to which\n\nthe industrial development agency has sold or will sell the project;\n\n(k) A general description of the form of lease or sales agreement\n\nentered into or to be entered into by and between the industrial\n\ndevelopment agency and its responsible tenant or responsible buyer;\n\n(l) Evidence that the establishment of the industrial\n\ndevelopment project will not cause the removal of an industrial or\n\nmanufacturing plant or facility from one area of the state to\n\nanother area of the state, or replace an existing industry;\n\n(m) Any additional evidence which the Authority may deem\n\npertinent to a determination of the probable successful operation of\n\nthe industrial development project at the selected location, and\n\nindicating that a substantial increase in employment and payrolls\n\nwill probably result from the granting of such loans.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"e8b3587272394a957dc284a4a59c0dfaaf1dc1fa0ac1ede9f25b574142a50b9b","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-857","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-859"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
