Stat. tit. 74, § 74-863","heading":"Interest in contracts or agreements","body":"No member of the Authority or officer or employee thereof or of\n\nthe State Department of Commerce and Industry shall either directly\n\nor indirectly be a party to or be in any manner interested in any\n\ncontract or agreement with the Authority for any matter, cause or\n\nthing whatsoever by reason whereof any liability or indebtedness\n\nshall in any way be created against such Authority, or the State\n\nDepartment of Commerce and Industry.
