Stat. tit. 74, § 74-876","heading":"Issuance and sale of additional state industrial finance","body":"bonds.\n\nPursuant to the provisions of Section 33A, Article X of the\n\nOklahoma Constitution, empowering the Oklahoma Legislature to take\n\nsuch action, the Oklahoma Industrial Finance Authority is hereby\n\nauthorized and empowered to issue and sell state industrial finance\n\nbonds backed by the full faith and credit of the State of Oklahoma,\n\nat such times and in such amounts as it may deem best, not to exceed\n\nan aggregate amount of Ninety Million Dollars ($90,000,000.00)\n\noutstanding at any one time.
