Stat. tit. 74, § 74-878","heading":"Maximizing amount of capital available for industrial","body":"financing.\n\nThat in those instances in which the amount of capital available\n\nfor industrial financing in the State of Oklahoma tends to be\n\nreduced by reason of reduction in the volume of tax-exempt\n\nindustrial bonds issued or issuable by cities or counties in\n\nOklahoma, or by reason of federal statutes or United States Treasury\n\nDepartment rulings limiting or adversely affecting this method of\n\nfinancing said industrial projects in this state, the Oklahoma\n\nIndustrial Finance Authority is hereby authorized, within its sole\n\ndiscretion, to accept applications and make loans to industrial\n\ndevelopment agencies, as the same are defined by law. As security\n\ntherefor the Authority shall take a mortgage upon the industrial\n\nfacility from such industrial development agency holding legal title\n\nto the same, and shall take a promissory note or notes for the\n\namount of such loan from an approved industrial tenant. The above\n\nfinancing arrangement shall be in addition to all other loan\n\nprocedures heretofore authorized by law governing the lending\n\noperations of the Oklahoma Industrial Finance Authority, it being\n\nthe intent and purpose of the Legislature to maximize the amount of\n\nloan capital available from all sources for industrial development\n\npurposes in Oklahoma.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"9af6cbbebb2832b7cfb8f2b2beae67887175c8df984ea6e3a5c291898cfacf80","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-876","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-88.1"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
