The Office of Disability Concerns shall be administered by a\n\nDirector who shall be appointed by the Governor and serve at the\n\npleasure of the Governor. Such appointment shall be subject to\n\nSenate confirmation within thirty (30) days after the appointment or\n\nthe convening of the next legislative session, if the Legislature is\n\nnot in session on the date of appointment.\n\nB. The Director shall and is hereby authorized to appoint and\n\nfix the duties and compensation of employees, not otherwise\n\nprescribed by law, and otherwise direct the work of the staff in\n\nperforming the functions and accomplishing the purposes of the\n\nOffice of Disability Concerns.\n\nC.
