Stat. tit. 74, § 74-9030.7","heading":"Art in Public Places Administrative and Maintenance","body":"Revolving Fund - Transfer of funds in excess of One Million Dollars.\n\nA. 1. There is hereby created in the State Treasury a\n\nrevolving fund for the Oklahoma Arts Council to be designated the\n\n\"Art in Public Places Administrative and Maintenance Revolving\n\nFund\". All monies accruing to the credit of said fund are hereby\n\nappropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Council. The\n\nfund shall be a continuing fund, not subject to fiscal year\n\nlimitations, and shall consist of all monies received by the Council\n\nfrom the sources provided for in Section 9030.5 of this title.\n\n2. This fund shall consist of two subaccounts, one account for\n\nmaintenance and repair purposes and one account for administrative\n\nand education purposes. Monies accruing to the credit of the\n\nsubaccount for maintenance and repair shall be used for the purpose\n\nof restoring art in all state public buildings including, but not\n\nlimited to, public buildings at institutions within The Oklahoma\n\nState System of Higher Education.\n\n3. Expenditures from the fund shall be made upon warrants\n\nissued by the State Treasurer against claims filed as prescribed by\n\nlaw with the Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices for approval and payment.\n\nB.
