On the effective date of this act, all powers, duties,\n\nresponsibilities, records and equipment of the Oklahoma Historical\n\nSociety relating exclusively to the implementation and\n\nadministration of the Oklahoma Art in Public Places Act are hereby\n\ntransferred and shall be placed under the authority of the Oklahoma\n\nArts Council. To the extent practicable, the transfer shall include\n\nall computer hardware and software used in regulating the functions\n\nlisted in this subsection.\n\nB. The Oklahoma Historical Society and the Oklahoma Arts\n\nCouncil may contract for additional legal and administrative\n\nservices as necessary to effectuate the transfers as provided for in\n\nthis section.\n\nC. 1. All unexpended funds, property, furnishings, equipment,\n\nsupplies, records, and outstanding financial obligations and\n\nencumbrances of the Oklahoma Historical Society relating to the\n\nimplementation and administration of the Oklahoma Art in Public\n\nPlaces Act shall be transferred to the Oklahoma Arts Council for the\n\ncontinuing performance of duties relating to the implementation and\n\nadministration of the Oklahoma Art in Public Places Act. No funds,\n\nproperty, furnishings, equipment, supplies or records may be\n\nexpended or used for any purpose other than the performance of\n\nduties and responsibilities as directed and required in this act.\n\n2. Any funds, properties, furnishings, equipment, supplies, or\n\nrecords related in any manner to the implementation and\n\nadministration of the Oklahoma Art in Public Places Act which may\n\nnot be in the current possession of the Oklahoma Historical Society\n\non the effective date of this act, but which come into the\n\npossession of the Oklahoma Historical Society after the transfer of\n\nauthority to the Oklahoma Arts Council as provided in this act,\n\nshall immediately be transferred to the Oklahoma Arts Council.\n\nD. The Oklahoma Historical Society shall not enter into any\n\ncontract or agreement relating to the implementation and\n\nadministration of the Oklahoma Art in Public Places Act extending\n\nbeyond the effective date of the transfer without approval by the\n\nOklahoma Arts Council.\n\nE. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices shall coordinate the transfer of funds, purchase orders and\n\noutstanding financial obligations and encumbrances relating to the\n\nimplementation and administration of the Oklahoma Art in Public\n\nPlaces Act as transferred pursuant to the provisions of this act.\n\nF. Upon the effective date of this act, all administrative\n\nrules promulgated by the Oklahoma Historical Society relating to the\n\nimplementation and administration of the Oklahoma Art in Public\n\nPlaces Act shall be enforceable by the Oklahoma Arts Council.
