Stat. tit. 74, § 74-9078","heading":"Audit of amounts received from customers","body":"In any proceeding where the issue is properly before it, the\n\nOklahoma Corporation Commission may require an audit of all amounts\n\nreceived from customers under an irrevocable and nonbypassable\n\nmechanism and paid to a utility, the amounts paid by the utility to\n\nthe Oklahoma Development Finance Authority or other holder of\n\nsecuritization property. An audit, as provided in this section,\n\nshall be part of any general rate case filed by a regulated utility\n\ncurrently affected by a financing order with outstanding ratepayer-\n\nbacked bonds.
