Stat. tit. 74, § 74-9082","heading":"Report on audits or true-ups","body":"For regulated utility entities doing business in this state and\n\nsubject to the February 2021 Regulated Utility Consumer Protection\n\nAct, the Oklahoma Corporation Commission shall make available\n\nthrough posting to its public website, a report on any audits or\n\ntrue-ups performed under Section 9074 or 9078 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. The report shall include, but shall not be\n\nlimited to, the following:\n\n1. Total amount of the original securitization bond;\n\n2. Annual interest rate on the securitization bond;\n\n3. Total annual interest expense paid;\n\n4. Total interest expense paid to date;\n\n5. Total annual revenue collected per the utility tariff;\n\n6. Total revenue collected to date per the utility tariff;\n\n7. Remaining repayment term and outstanding principal balance;\n\nand\n\n8.
