Stat. tit. 74, § 74-9102","heading":"Mental Wellness Division Revolving Fund","body":"There is hereby created in the State Treasury a revolving fund\n\nfor the Department of Public Safety on behalf of the Mental Wellness\n\nDivision of the Department of Public Safety to be designated the\n\n“Mental Wellness Division Revolving Fund”. The fund shall be a\n\ncontinuing fund, not subject to fiscal year limitations, and shall\n\nconsist of those monies appropriated to the fund by law or deposited\n\nin the fund as provided pursuant to the provisions of Section 9103\n\nof this title. All monies accruing to the credit of the fund are\n\nhereby appropriated and may be budgeted and expended by the Mental\n\nWellness Division for the purpose of providing mental wellness\n\nservices and programs to public safety personnel and retirees\n\nthereof.
