Stat. tit. 74, § 74-913.1a","heading":"Nonclassified optional education personnel - Service","body":"credit.\n\nA member may receive credit in the Oklahoma Public Employees\n\nRetirement System for those years of service accumulated by the\n\nmember as nonclassified optional personnel as defined by paragraph 4\n\nof Section 17-101 of Title 70 of the Oklahoma Statutes if the member\n\nis not receiving or eligible to receive retirement credit or\n\nbenefits from said service in any public retirement system.
