All persons employed by CompSource Oklahoma prior to the\n\neffective date of this act shall remain members of the Oklahoma\n\nPublic Employees Retirement System until retirement or termination.\n\nB. Effective January 1, 2015, for all employees who remain\n\nmembers of the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System pursuant\n\nto subsection A of this section, CompSource Mutual Insurance Company\n\nshall pay the required employer contributions applicable to the\n\nparticipating employers in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement\n\nSystem pursuant to Section 920 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nand the employee shall continue to pay employee contributions as\n\nrequired by Section 919.1 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nC. All employees of CompSource Mutual Insurance Company who\n\nremain members of the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System\n\npursuant to subsection A of this section shall continue to be\n\neligible employees for purposes of Sections 901 through 932 of Title\n\n74 of the Oklahoma Statutes. CompSource Mutual Insurance Company\n\nshall be considered a participating employer, as defined by\n\nparagraph (25) of Section 902 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes\n\nonly for such employees.\n\nD. No person initially employed by CompSource Mutual Insurance\n\nCompany after the effective date of this act shall be allowed to\n\nparticipate in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System\n\nduring the term of their employment with the Company, regardless of\n\nwhether that employee was previously employed by a participating\n\nemployer in the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System\n\nincluding CompSource Oklahoma.\n\nE. 1. All annual leave and sick leave accumulated prior to\n\nJanuary 1, 2015, by an employee who remains a member of the Oklahoma\n\nPublic Employees Retirement System pursuant to subsection A of this\n\nsection will be recognized by the CompSource Mutual Insurance\n\nCompany, subject to all accrual limitations in the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes.\n\n2. Effective January 1, 2015, employees of CompSource Mutual\n\nInsurance Company shall not accrue annual leave and sick leave\n\npursuant to Section 840-2.20 of Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nbut may accrue annual leave and sick leave according to a policy\n\nestablished by the Chief Executive Officer of CompSource Mutual\n\nInsurance Company at a rate not to exceed that of state employees\n\nunder Title 74 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\n3. The total participating service credit of a member who\n\nretires or terminates employment and elects a vested benefit shall\n\ninclude unused sick leave not to exceed the limitation imposed by\n\nparagraph 7 of subsection B of Section 913 of Title 74 of the\n\nOklahoma Statutes. If unused sick leave entitles a member to an\n\nadditional year of service credit, the CompSource Mutual Insurance\n\nCompany shall reimburse the System for the cost of funding the\n\nadditional reserve.
