Stat. tit. 74, § 74-913a","heading":"Employee denied membership in System or forced to","body":"discontinue participation for certain reasons - Service credit for\n\nyears denied participation - Contributions.\n\nAny employee who was denied membership in the Oklahoma Public\n\nEmployees Retirement System or was forced to discontinue\n\nparticipation in the System as a result of receiving a retirement\n\nbenefit from another retirement plan authorized under any other law\n\nof this state may receive credit for those years of service\n\naccumulated by the employee during the time the employee was denied\n\nparticipation. To receive this service credit, the member shall pay\n\nto the Board prior to January 1, 1991, for each year of service\n\npurchased pursuant to this subsection, a ten percent (10%)\n\ncontribution and interest of ten percent (10%), provided however,\n\neffective January 1, 1991, to receive the service credit, the member\n\nshall pay the amount determined by the Board pursuant to Section 39\n\nof this act.
