Stat. tit. 74, § 74-9201","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Board\" means the Broadband Governing Board;\n\n2. \"Council\" means the Broadband Expansion Council;\n\n3. \"Director\" means the Executive Director of the Oklahoma\n\nBroadband Office;\n\n4. \"FCC\" means the Federal Communications Commission;\n\n5. \"Joint Committee\" means the Legislature's Joint Committee on\n\nPandemic Relief Funding, created by the Legislature to give\n\nlegislative oversight to the disbursing of the American Rescue Plan\n\nAct's State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund, Capital Projects Fund,\n\nand any future federal recovery funds as identified by the\n\nLegislature;\n\n6. \"Map\" means the statewide map showing broadband access,\n\nadoption, speed capabilities, and all other information the Office\n\ndeems necessary;\n\n7. \"Office\" means the Oklahoma Broadband Office;\n\n8. \"Plan\" means the Statewide Broadband Plan;\n\n9. \"Program\" means the State Broadband Grant Program; and\n\n10. \"Revolving fund\" means the State Broadband Grant Program\n\nRevolving Fund.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8483b329606f090a6b27559899ac91a694a14ba999a6b9edb303903fdbbac74c","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-9200","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-9202"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
