Stat. tit. 74, § 74-935","heading":"Statewide organization - General mailings to retired","body":"members.\n\nAny statewide organization limited to state employee membership\n\nwith a minimum membership of one thousand (1,000) dues-paying\n\nmembers may annually send one general mailing to all retired members\n\nof the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement System and shall pay for\n\nthe total cost. The Board of Trustees and any qualifying\n\norganization under this section shall agree on the method of\n\nproviding a list of retired members of the system and their\n\naddresses to accomplish the mailing, while preserving the\n\nconfidentiality of the list. Such an agreement may include\n\nproviding the list to a third party in the business of providing\n\nmailing services if the third party agrees to maintain the\n\nconfidentiality of the list.
