Stat. tit. 74, § 74-935.9","heading":"Investment options – Service providers","body":"The Board of Trustees shall contract with one or more business\n\nentities in order to create a range of choices regarding investment\n\nof funds deposited into defined contribution system accounts. The\n\ninvestment options shall be substantially similar to the options\n\nprovided to members of the Oklahoma Public Employees Retirement\n\nSystem that maintain a Deferred Savings Incentive Plan account as\n\noffered by the System pursuant to the provisions of the Deferred\n\nSavings Incentive Plan. In selecting investment options for\n\nparticipants in the plan, the Board shall give due consideration to\n\noffering investment options provided by business entities that\n\nprovide guaranteed lifetime income in retirement such as annuities,\n\nguaranteed investment contracts, or similar products. The Board may\n\namend any of its existing contracts with its current service\n\nproviders to perform substantially the same type of service the\n\nprovider is currently performing for the Board, in order to\n\nfacilitate the timely introduction of the new defined contribution\n\nsystem created by this act.
