Except as otherwise provided by law, the Office of\n\nManagement and Enterprise Services shall have full and complete\n\nauthority to designate quarters for every department of state\n\ngovernment, and to determine what space shall be allotted.\n\nB. The Office may lease adequate space in state buildings and\n\nfacilities to private vendors for the location of automatic teller\n\nmachines as determined necessary or appropriate by the Director of\n\nthe Office.
