Stat. tit. 74, § 74-941","heading":"Oklahoma State Pension Commission - Members - Meetings -","body":"Apportionment of administrative costs.\n\nA. There is hereby created the Oklahoma State Pension\n\nCommission. The Commission shall consist of seven (7) members as\n\nfollows:\n\n1. The State Auditor and Inspector or that person's designee;\n\n2. The Director of the Office of Management and Enterprise\n\nServices or that person's designee;\n\n3. The State Treasurer or that person's designee;\n\n4. One member who shall be appointed by the President Pro\n\nTempore of the Senate who shall serve at the pleasure of the\n\nappointing authority and who shall have demonstrated experience in\n\nthe investment of private or public funds;\n\n5. One member who shall be appointed by the Speaker of the\n\nHouse of Representatives who shall serve at the pleasure of the\n\nappointing authority and who shall have demonstrated experience in\n\nthe investment of private or public funds;\n\n6. One person to be appointed by the Governor who shall have at\n\nleast ten (10) years of demonstrated experience in the financial\n\nservices industry; and\n\n7. One person to be appointed by the Governor who shall have at\n\nleast ten (10) years of experience in retirement planning, including\n\ndemonstrated experience with retirement plan designs.\n\nNo member of the governing body of a state retirement system shall\n\nbe eligible to be appointed to the Commission.\n\nB. The Commission shall hold regular meetings at least once\n\neach quarter, the dates, time and place to be set by the Commission.\n\nThe Commission shall hold its first meeting prior to September 30,\n\n1988.\n\nC. The Office of the State Auditor and Inspector shall provide\n\nthe administrative support required by the Commission.\n\nD. The cost of providing the administrative support shall be\n\napportioned by the State Auditor and Inspector among the Oklahoma\n\nFirefighters Pension and Retirement System, the Oklahoma Police\n\nPension and Retirement System, the Uniform Retirement System for\n\nJustices and Judges, the Oklahoma Law Enforcement Retirement System,\n\nthe Teachers' Retirement System of Oklahoma, the Oklahoma Public\n\nEmployees Retirement System and the Department of Wildlife\n\nConservation on behalf of the retirement plan adopted by the\n\nWildlife Conservation Commission in proportion to the percentage\n\nthat the assets of each system at the end of the preceding fiscal\n\nyear were to the combined total of the assets of the systems.","path":["OK Code","Title 74"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os74.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"8a0d1b41cd7f20159dd2715e300ee3faf85070be9705b23f7abcca92efa0b2bd","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-94","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-74-74-942"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
