The Secretary of State is authorized to provide for the\n\nannual compilation, codification and annotation of the Oklahoma\n\nStatutes and the Oklahoma Session Laws in the form of electronic\n\npublication accessible to the public free of charge.\n\nB. The Secretary of State is authorized to select an\n\nappropriate vendor for the electronic publication and annual\n\nmaintenance of compiling, codifying and annotating the Oklahoma\n\nConstitution, Oklahoma Statutes and Oklahoma Session Laws; provided,\n\nsuch annotations shall include all versions of a statute or\n\nconstitutional amendment amended after commencement of the\n\nelectronic publication. The selection of a vendor by the Secretary\n\nof State shall be exempt from the competitive bidding requirement of\n\nThe Oklahoma Central Purchasing Act.\n\nC. The Secretary of State is authorized to fulfill any existing\n\ncontractual obligations and terms currently in place with the state\n\nfor printed versions of the Oklahoma Statutes and Oklahoma Session\n\nLaws.\n\nR.L. 1910, § 8149.
