Stat. tit. 75, § 75-250.10","heading":"Request for agency review of rules","body":"The Governor by Executive Order or either house of the\n\nLegislature or both houses of the Legislature by resolution, or a\n\nsmall business, may request an agency to review its rules to\n\ndetermine whether or not the rules in question should be amended,\n\nrepealed or redrafted. The agency shall respond to requests from\n\nthe Governor or the Legislature within thirty (30) calendar days of\n\nsuch request.
