Stat. tit. 75, § 75-250.7","heading":"Conflicts between filed rules and published rules -","body":"Corrections of errors - Status of Code rules - Presumption of\n\ncompliance with act.\n\nA. Prior to publication in the \"Code\" or any of its\n\nsupplements, in cases where there is a conflict between the finally\n\nadopted rules filed with the Office pursuant to Section 251 of this\n\ntitle and rules published in \"The Oklahoma Register\", the rules\n\npublished in \"The Oklahoma Register\" pursuant to Section 255 of this\n\ntitle shall govern and shall constitute the official rule of the\n\nagency. Except as provided in subsection C of this section,\n\npermanent rules published in \"The Oklahoma Register\" shall be void\n\nand of no effect upon publication of the next succeeding \"Code\" or\n\n\"Code\" supplement, if not published in such \"Code\" or \"Code\"\n\nsupplement.\n\nB. The Secretary is authorized to establish procedures for\n\ncorrecting spelling errors in:\n\n1. The finally adopted rules of any agency or any document\n\nsubmitted for publication in \"The Oklahoma Register\" or the \"Code\";\n\nor\n\n2. Any rules or other document published in \"The Oklahoma\n\nRegister\".\n\nC. Rules published in the \"Code\" and in the supplements\n\nthereto, and permanent rules published in \"The Oklahoma Register\"\n\nafter the closing date for publication in the last preceding \"Code\"\n\nor \"Code\" supplement, as announced by the Secretary, but prior to\n\npublication of the next succeeding \"Code\" or \"Code\" supplement,\n\nshall constitute the official permanent rules of the state.\n\nD.
