Stat. tit. 75, § 75-250.8","heading":"Time computations","body":"In computing any period of time prescribed or allowed by the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act, the day of the act, or event, from\n\nwhich the designated period of time begins to run shall not be\n\nincluded.
