There is hereby established an Office of Administrative\n\nRules within the Office of the Secretary of State. The Office of\n\nAdministrative Rules shall have the primary responsibility for\n\npublishing \"The Oklahoma Register\" and the \"Oklahoma Administrative\n\nCode\" and otherwise implementing the provisions of Article I of the\n\nAdministrative Procedures Act. The Secretary of State shall provide\n\nfor the adequate staffing of the Office to implement the provisions\n\nof this section including but not limited to an editor in chief.\n\nB. The Secretary shall cause to be published in electronic\n\nform, and may cause to be published in printed form, at the least\n\ncost possible to the state, the \"Oklahoma Administrative Code\" and\n\n\"The Oklahoma Register\".
