The Secretary of State is authorized to enter into and make\n\nreciprocal agreements with other states to allow exchanges of\n\nadministrative codes of such states.\n\nB. 1. Each of the following offices shall be entitled to\n\nreceive, as soon as available from the Secretary, without cost, one\n\ncopy of the printed volumes of the \"Code\":\n\na. county clerk of each county;\n\nb. Clerk of the Supreme Court;\n\nc. Attorney General;\n\nd. Governor;\n\ne. Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives and\n\nthe President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State\n\nSenate;\n\nf. the Research, Legal and Fiscal Divisions of the House\n\nof Representatives;\n\ng. the Legislative Division of the Senate; and\n\nh. the Department of Libraries for the Law Library.\n\n2. The Department of Libraries is authorized to obtain number\n\nof copies of the \"Code\" and the supplements thereto necessary for\n\nuse for deposit with the Publications Clearinghouse pursuant to\n\nSections 3-113.1 through 3-115 of Title 65 of the Oklahoma Statutes.\n\nThe Secretary is authorized to retain sufficient copies for exchange\n\npurposes with other states for copies of their rules.\n\nC.
