Stat. tit. 75, § 75-26.42","heading":"Expiration of approval - Rescission of ratification","body":"The joint resolution shall expire on the date of sine die\n\nadjournment of the 2nd Session of the Legislature by which it was\n\nadopted unless the resolution states another expiration date. The\n\njoint resolution shall not be counted in favor of ratification after\n\nthe expiration date thereof.
