The Legislature shall have joint resolutions prepared for\n\nconsideration each session.\n\nB. For the purpose of this section, a proposed permanent rule\n\nmay be disapproved, in whole or in part, in a joint resolution\n\nconsidered by the Legislature.\n\nC. If any rule received on or before the date established\n\npursuant to paragraph 1 of subsection A of Section 308 of this title\n\nis not subject to a joint resolution passed by both houses of the\n\nLegislature and signed by the Governor or is found by the Governor\n\nto have a technical legal defect preventing approval of\n\nadministrative rules intended to be approved by the Legislature, the\n\nGovernor may declare any rules received on or before February 1 and\n\nnot subject to a joint resolution passed by both houses of the\n\nLegislature to be approved or disapproved and finally adopted by\n\npublishing a single declaration in \"The Oklahoma Register\" on or\n\nbefore July 17.
