Stat. tit. 75, § 75-31.2","heading":"Definitions","body":"As used in this act:\n\n1. \"Electronic\" means relating to technology having electrical,\n\ndigital, magnetic, wireless, optical, electromagnetic, or similar\n\ncapabilities;\n\n2. \"Legal material\" means, whether or not in effect:\n\na. the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma,\n\nb. the Oklahoma Session Laws,\n\nc. the Oklahoma Statutes,\n\nd. the Oklahoma Administrative Code,\n\ne. the Oklahoma Register,\n\nf. a state agency rule that has or had the effect of law,\n\nor\n\ng. the following categories of state administrative\n\nagency decisions:\n\n(1) precedential decisions of the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission,\n\n(2) precedential decisions of the Oklahoma\n\nCorporation Commission,\n\n(3) precedential decisions of any other agency,\n\nboard, commission, department or other entity of\n\nstate government, or\n\nh. official opinions of the Attorney General;\n\n3. \"Official publisher\" means:\n\na. for the Constitution of the State of Oklahoma, the\n\nOklahoma Secretary of State,\n\nb. for the Oklahoma Session Laws, the Oklahoma Secretary\n\nof State,\n\nc. for the Oklahoma Statutes, the Oklahoma Secretary of\n\nState,\n\nd. for the Oklahoma Administrative Code, the Office of\n\nAdministrative Rules within the Office of the Oklahoma\n\nSecretary of State,\n\ne. for the Oklahoma Register, the Office of\n\nAdministrative Rules within the Office of the Oklahoma\n\nSecretary of State,\n\nf. for state agency rule that has or had the effect of\n\nlaw, unless published in the Oklahoma Administrative\n\nCode by the Office of Administrative Rules within the\n\nOffice of the Oklahoma Secretary of State, then that\n\nspecific state agency that promulgates such rule,\n\ng. for the precedential decisions of the Oklahoma Tax\n\nCommission, the Oklahoma Tax Commission,\n\nh. for the precedential decisions of the Oklahoma\n\nCorporation Commission, the Oklahoma Corporation\n\nCommission,\n\ni. for the precedential decisions of any other agency,\n\nboard, commission, department or other entity of state\n\ngovernment, then that specific agency, board,\n\ncommission, department or other entity of state\n\ngovernment that issues such precedential decision,\n\nj. for the official opinions of the Attorney General, the\n\nOffice of the Attorney General;\n\n4. \"Publish\" means to display, present, or release to the\n\npublic, or cause to be displayed, presented, or released to the\n\npublic, by the official publisher;\n\n5. \"Record\" means information that is inscribed on a tangible\n\nmedium or that is stored in an electronic or other medium and is\n\nretrievable in perceivable form; and\n\n6. \"State\" means a state of the United States, the District of\n\nColumbia, Puerto Rico, the United States Virgin Islands, or any\n\nterritory or insular possession subject to the jurisdiction of the\n\nUnited States.","path":["OK Code","Title 75"],"source_url":"https://www.oklegislature.gov/OK_Statutes/CompleteTitles/os75.pdf","current_through":"2026-08-14","vintage":"open-us-law v2026.08, retrieved 2026-09-14","retrieved_at":"2026-09-14T18:32:36Z","sha256":"d84f6ff19cab1ab2ccbf74f3afe3619280c48caa5bfa105c29df56164739b683","source_id":"us-ok","stale":false,"prev":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-75-75-31.11","next":"us-ok/okla.-stat.-tit.-75-75-31.3"},"notice":"GroundRules: Original legal text.
