Stat. tit. 75, § 75-320","heading":"Transmission of record to reviewing court - Stipulations","body":"Within sixty (60) days after service of the petition for review\n\nor equivalent process upon it, or within such further time as the\n\nreviewing court, upon application for good cause shown, may allow,\n\nthe agency shall transmit to the reviewing court the original or a\n\ncertified copy of the entire record of the proceeding under review.\n\nFor purposes of this section, \"record\" shall include such\n\ninformation as specified by Section 309 of this title. By\n\nstipulation of all parties to the review proceeding, the record may\n\nbe shortened. Any party unreasonably refusing to stipulate to limit\n\nthe record may be taxed by the court for the additional costs\n\nresulting therefrom.
