Stat. tit. 75, § 75-323","heading":"Review of final judgment of a district or superior court","body":"by appeal to Supreme Court.\n\nAn aggrieved party, or the agency, without any motion for a new\n\ntrial, may secure a review of any final judgment of a district or\n\nsuperior court under this act by appeal to the Supreme Court. Such\n\nappeal shall be taken in the manner and time provided by law for\n\nappeal to the Supreme Court from the district court in civil\n\nactions.
