The limitations in Section 5 of this act\n\nshall apply to any innocent successor corporation.\n\nB. The limitations in Section 5 of this act shall not apply to:\n\n1. Workers' compensation benefits paid by or on behalf of an\n\nemployer to an employee under this state's Workers' Compensation Act\n\nor a comparable workers' compensation law of another jurisdiction;\n\n2. Any claim against a corporation that does not constitute a\n\nsuccessor asbestos-related liability; or\n\n3.
