Stat. tit. 76, § 76-105","heading":"Limitations on successor asbestos-related liabilities","body":"LIMITATIONS ON SUCCESSOR ASBESTOS-RELATED LIABILITIES. A.\n\nExcept as further limited in subsection B of this section, the\n\ncumulative successor asbestos-related liabilities of an innocent\n\nsuccessor corporation are limited to the fair market value of the\n\ntotal gross assets of the transferor determined as of the time of\n\nthe merger or consolidation. The innocent successor corporation\n\ndoes not have any responsibility for successor asbestos-related\n\nliabilities in excess of this limitation.\n\nB.
