As used in this section:\n\n1. \"COVID-19\" means the novel coronavirus identified as SARS-\n\nCoV-2, the disease caused by SARS-CoV-2, and conditions associated\n\nwith the disease;\n\n2. \"Guidance\" means written guidelines related to COVID-19\n\nissued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention,\n\nOccupational Safety and Health Administration of the United States\n\nDepartment of Labor, Oklahoma State Department of Health, the\n\nOklahoma Department of Commerce, or any other state agency, board or\n\ncommission; and\n\n3. \"Person\" means an individual, firm, partnership, corporation\n\nor association.\n\nB. A person or agent of the person who conducts business in\n\nthis state shall not be liable in a civil action claiming an injury\n\nfrom exposure or potential exposure to COVID-19 if the act or\n\nomission alleged to violate a duty of care of the person or agent\n\nwas in compliance or consistent with federal or state regulations, a\n\nPresidential or Gubernatorial Executive Order, or guidance\n\napplicable at the time of the alleged exposure. If two or more\n\nsources of guidance are applicable to the conduct or risk at the\n\ntime of the alleged exposure, the person or agent shall not be\n\nliable if the conduct is consistent with any applicable guidance.\n\nC.
