The state may indemnify private citizens, or any persons\n\ndependent upon such citizens for their principal support for any\n\ninjury, death or damage sustained by such citizens or any persons\n\ndependent upon such citizens for their principal support as a direct\n\nconsequence of meritorious action, as provided in the Good Samaritan\n\nAct, to the extent that they are not compensated for the injury,\n\ndeath or damage from any other source.\n\nB.
