Stat. tit. 76, § 76-5.2","heading":"Filing of claim","body":"Should a private citizen incur personal injury, death or damage\n\nto property, as provided in the Good Samaritan Act, the private\n\ncitizen or a person dependent upon such citizen for principal\n\nsupport may file a claim in the office of the Governor for\n\nindemnification to the extent that the claimant is not compensated\n\nfrom any other source for such injury, death or damage. The claim\n\nshall state:\n\nl. The date, place and circumstances which gave rise to the\n\nclaim;\n\n2. A general description of the activities of the private\n\ncitizen during the event;\n\n3. The estimated extent of the injury, death or damage\n\nsustained for which the claimant is not compensated from any other\n\nsource; and\n\n4.
