This act shall be known and may be cited as the “Oklahoma\n\nLivestock Activities Liability Limitation Act”.\n\nB. 1. The Oklahoma Legislature recognizes that persons who\n\nengage in livestock activities may incur injuries as a result of the\n\nrisks involved in such activities even in the absence of any fault\n\nor negligence on the part of persons or entities who sponsor,\n\nparticipate or organize those activities.\n\n2. The Oklahoma Legislature finds that the state and its\n\ncitizens derive numerous economic and personal benefits from\n\nlivestock activities.\n\n3. It is, therefore, the intent of the Oklahoma Legislature to\n\nencourage livestock activities by limiting the civil liability of\n\nlivestock activities sponsors, participants and livestock\n\nprofessionals involved in such activities.\n\nC.
