Stat. tit. 76, § 76-83","heading":"Required disclosures by plaintiff","body":"REQUIRED DISCLOSURES BY PLAINTIFF.\n\nA. Within ninety (90) days after an action for a personal\n\ninjury or other tort is filed, the plaintiff, without awaiting a\n\ndiscovery request, shall provide to all parties a statement\n\nidentifying all personal injury claims the plaintiff has or\n\nanticipates filing against a personal injury trust, and for each\n\nclaim, whether there has been a request to defer, delay, suspend or\n\ntoll the claim against the personal injury trust. The statement\n\nshall include an attestation that the plaintiff swears or affirms,\n\nunder penalties of perjury, that the statement is complete and is\n\nbased on the plaintiff's and plaintiff's attorney's good-faith\n\ninvestigation of all potential claims against personal injury\n\ntrusts.\n\nB. The plaintiff shall produce to all parties, for each\n\npersonal injury claim he or she filed against a personal injury\n\ntrust identified in subsection A of this section, a final executed\n\nproof of claim and all other trust claims materials relevant to each\n\nclaim.\n\nC.
