Stat. tit. 76, § 76-85","heading":"Scheduling trial - Stay of action","body":"SCHEDULING TRIAL; STAY OF ACTION.\n\nA. The trial date in a personal injury action in this state\n\nshall be no earlier than one hundred eighty (180) days after the\n\nplaintiff makes the disclosures required under subsections A and B\n\nof Section 3 of this act.\n\nB. If a plaintiff states under Section 3 of this act that he or\n\nshe anticipates a claim against a personal injury trust, all\n\nproceedings shall be stayed until the plaintiff files such trust\n\nclaims and provides to all parties a final executed proof of claim\n\nand all other trust claims materials relevant to each claim.
