Stat. tit. 76, § 76-88","heading":"Setoffs - Credits","body":"SETOFFS; CREDIT.\n\nIn any personal injury claim for which damages are awarded, a\n\ndefendant is entitled to a setoff or credit in the amount of the\n\nvaluation established under Section 7 of this act and any amount the\n\nplaintiff has been awarded from a personal injury trust claim\n\nidentified in subsection F of Section 6 of this act.
