Whenever the Attorney General or a district attorney has\n\nreason to believe that any person is advertising or conducting or is\n\nabout to advertise or conduct a live musical performance or\n\nproduction in violation of Section 3 of this act and that\n\nproceedings would be in the public interest, the Attorney General or\n\ndistrict attorney may bring an action in the name of the state\n\nagainst the person to restrain by temporary or permanent injunction\n\nthat practice.\n\nB.
